Using DHL Express, orders generally arrive to the customer within 3-5 business days of being shipped. This mostly depends on your location relative to larger metropolitan areas.

Where can I make my duties/taxes/fees payment? -USA
For orders valued over $800 USD that are shipped by DHL Express we advise once your shipment arrives to the United States that you input your tracking information in DHL's "On Demand" payment portal here
You will be able to avoid delays if you check this page regularly after tracking shows your item has arrived in the United States so you may make a prompt payment as soon as the bill is generated in their system. Please be sure to check this bill for any mistakes before sending payment.
What to do if I've been charged when I shouldn't have? -USA
If your order is valued less than
$800, and you are asked to pay any customs and import duties or if your shipment is valued over $800 and has been assessed fees higher than expected, please contact us and we'll have an agent review the documents for any possible mistakes.
When may I be charged duties/taxes/fees by my government and delivering agent?
If you're ordering from outside of Hong Kong your order may be subject to customs and
import duties. CBNF has no control over these charges and we can't tell
you exactly what the total charges will be, as customs policies and import duties vary
widely from country to country. We highly suggest you contact your
